Smoked Turkeys

The original Sticky Lips BBQ on Culver Road got the call from The Salvation Army some years ago and was asked if we could smoke their turkeys that would be served to the less fortunate. So in that spirit, we have continued smoking whole turkeys each holiday season to share with friends and family.

About Our Smoked Turkey

We at Sticky Lips are slow smoking turkeys for your Thanksgiving Day dinner. They are rubbed with flavor and then hickory-smoked for 4-5 hours.

They will be cold at the time of pick up.

Turkey Reheat:

  • Put 4 cups of water in the bottom of a roasting pan. Open the included spice pack and pour in with the water. Place a small meat tray inside to lift the turkey off the bottom of the pan.
  • Cover with foil and put in a 350 degree oven.
  • For added flavor, use the flavored meat drippings and pour over your sliced turkey, or add to your gravy. Adds lots of flavor and moisture to the meat!
  • Bake 1 hour 40 min. to 2 hours or until internal temp. is at 165 degrees.

Sides Reheat:

  • Heat sides in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes and stir.
  • Cook until hot. You can also put many of our sides
    in a pan on top of stove and heat adding a little water.
